Michelle Ginavan Hayes began her career at the University of Kansas in 1998. For 15 years, Michelle worked in central research administration at the KU Center for Research, working to support the research mission of the University. Michelle then moved to the College & Professional Schools Shared Service Center to serve as the Research Manager. Michelle now serves as Director of the Eaton Hall Shared Service Center.
As Director, Michelle applies all of her experience and knowledge to directly support the needs of research centers, departments and other units housed within the Eaton SSC. Michelle helps cultivate an environment of customer service and professional development with her staff and the units they serve. Michelle also serves as a member of the Eaton Hall SSC Advisory Board, and works to provide support and oversight, as well as working to establish best practices and process improvement and maintain a positive culture to support the research, teaching, and service endeavors at the University of Kansas.
Lee Ann Adee is a KU graduate and has been employed at the University of Kansas for over 9 years in various HR and financial roles across campus. She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Eaton SSC. As manager, Lee Ann utilizes her knowledge of HR and finance to assist the departments supported by the SSCs and works closely with the HR staff in providing a high level of service and solutions for the professional schools across campus.
Jim Hammen brings ten years of diverse accounting experience to the Eaton Hall Shared Service Center. He has been at the University of Kansas with the Mechanical Engineering department as an accountant since 2011, and will utilize his knowledge of the School of Engineering to aid the transition to the Shared Service Center. His knowledge of University of Kansas financial systems will help to oversee the financial staff and provide quality customer service and budgeting support to the departments served by the Eaton Hall SSC.
Jennifer Holladay has been with the University of Kansas since 2008. She began her career as a Research Assistant at the Kansas Biological Survey, and then served as their post award administrator for 8 years. Jennifer came to the Eaton Hall SSC as a Grant Coordinator in 2016 and transitioned to her role as Research Manager in 2018. As the Research manager in the Eaton Hall SSC, Jennifer applies her research and administrative background to directly support principal investigators, departments and centers within the SSC. She provides support and oversight to the SSC Research staff as they work closely with the KU Office of Research and other campus organization to ensure principal investigator are adequately supported in their research endeavors at the University of Kansas.
